Philip brings decades of experience in the design of high-end, commercial interiors, with a particular focus in Southeast Asia to his work at KPF. His experience with Singapore’s uniquely progressive development environment helps shape KPF’s response to pressing questions of sustainability and urbanization in Southeast Asia and around the world.

 

Southeast Asia Expertise

As leader of KPF’s Singapore office, Philip has been deeply involved in the new, 7 million-square-foot Terminal 5 project at Changi International Airport, for which he has been seamlessly managing the design of the interiors and technical spaces, coordinating the multi-disciplinary consultant team, and overseeing documentation. Philip was a key team member on such projects as the Comcentre Redevelopment, 18 Robinson, the Marina Bay Financial Centre, One Raffles Quay, and One Raffles Link.

Commercial Architecture and High-End Interiors

Philip brings deep insight and years of experience in high-end commercial and interior architecture to bear on KPF’s office, retail, residential, hospitality, and transportation projects. Paying close attention to efficiency and comfort, his workplaces balance varied user environments and feature such specialized spaces as dealing rooms, private banking client suites, auditoriums, cafeterias, and mission-critical facilities. Philip’s clients include some of the world’s most renowned financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, Blackrock, ABN Amro, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, and DBS Bank.
