Seven KPF projects were named as winners in the prestigious global awards program, with Huamu Lot 10 – The Summit and 64 University Place named “Best of the Best” in their respective categories.
Three landmark KPF projects were recognized in the High-Rise Building category: Huamu Lot 10 – The Summit was named “Best of the Best,” and Ziraat Bank Headquarters and One Nine Elms were named winners. In the Residential Architecture category, 64 University Place was named “Best of the Best,” and Guangzhou One Pengrui was also announced as a winner. T. Rowe Price Headquarters, a key project in the regeneration of the Baltimore Harbor, was named a winner in the Commercial Architecture category. Finally, the renovation of KPF’s New York Headquarters was recognized in the Commercial Interiors category.
The Architecture MasterPrize recognizes outstanding work across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, product design, and architectural photography. This year’s submissions arrived from 72 countries, reflecting the global reach of the program. Four KPF projects won in 2024.
