The 1411 Broadway Lobby renovation and the KPF New York Headquarters have been selected as finalists in the 2025 Interior Design Best of Year Awards, celebrating innovation and excellence in global interior design.
Located in Manhattan’s Garment District, the transformation of 1411 Broadway reimagines a previously unremarkable office lobby as a vibrant destination, anchored by an art-filled entryway and panoramic rooftop amenity. The design draws inspiration from the neighborhood’s creative legacy, featuring a dynamic kinetic artwork by Yaacov Agam, rich fabrics, and bold colors that evoke the area’s past as a center of textile production.
KPF’s New York Headquarters balances collaboration and individual work through a series of naturally lit, carefully crafted spaces. The office takes full advantage of its south-facing windows overlooking Bryant Park, integrating raw accent walls, tech-enabled meeting facilities, and wellness features to create a refined, process-oriented environment that reflects KPF’s professional identity.
