KPF Named to Forbes’ Inaugural List of America’s Top Hospitality Architects & Designers

KPF is honored to be recognized on Forbes’ first-ever America’s Top Hospitality Architects & Designers list, celebrating American firms that are redefining the world’s luxury hospitality landscape.

The list includes architects and designers whose work shapes the fine-dining and luxury hospitality sector—a segment that contributed over $894 billion to the U.S. GDP in 2024. The selection process was rigorous: more than 850 U.S.-based firms were reviewed, with participation by invitation only and evaluation based on completed projects. Firms were asked to submit exemplary works completed since 2019, assessed through Forbes’ comprehensive Architecture System of Evaluation. The resulting list highlights those who have not only weathered the challenges of recent years, but have set new standards for innovation, resilience, and guest experience.

KPF’s inclusion reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to creating transformative hospitality environments that blend local character, timeless design, and immersive experiences. Notable projects such as Rosewood Hong Kongrecently ranked #1 of the World’s 50 Best Hotels—the award-winning Atlantis The Royal resort in Dubai, and the upcoming Residences at Mandarin Oriental Miami project exemplify KPF’s approach to luxury placemaking. KPF is proud to be recognized among the visionaries shaping the future of hospitality in America and beyond.
