KPF Projects Top World’s 50 Best Hotels and Tatler’s Best Hotels 2025 Lists

Three KPF-designed hotels have achieved outstanding recognition in the 2025 World’s 50 Best Hotels list, with Rosewood Hong Kong named No.1 globally, alongside accolades in Tatler’s Best of 2025 Asia-Pacific and Middle Eastern hotel lists.

According to 50 Best, Rosewood Hong Kong, the flagship tower anchoring the mixed-use Victoria Dockside district, is the best hotel in the world this year. Its scale, Asian-inflected minimalist design, and unfailing ability to deliver exceptional hospitality to hundreds of guests set it apart in a city renowned for luxury. Atlantis The Royal in Dubai also received high praise, ranking number six on the list and earning the titles of Best Hotel in the Middle East and Best Beach Hotel for 2025. Aman Tokyo, perched atop the KPF-designed Otemachi Tower, was ranked number 25 and celebrated for its tranquil, minimalist retreat above the city, blending Japanese artistry with dramatic Tokyo views.

Aman Tokyo was honored as Best City Hotel 2025 and awarded a Best-In-Class Gold Medal for its serene design and authentic Japanese experience. Rosewood Hong Kong continued its winning streak with a Best-in-Class Gold Medal as well as the title Hotel of the Year 2025. Atlantis The Royal was celebrated by Tatler for its innovative architecture and also received a Best-in-Class Gold Medal.
