The sleek tower’s stepped, irregular massing emulates its multiple programmatic divisions – including short-stay hotel units, full-service residences, boutique office space, and high-end amenities – while maintaining a cohesive exterior language. Rising above the city, Rosewood Hong Kong is lifted at its base on vertical stone piers. Above, the tower’s floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, while intermittent setbacks create wide terraces for hotel guests. Depending on the vantage point, the tower’s silhouette shifts when viewed from other parts of the city, contributing to Hong Kong’s dynamic skyline.
The hotel tower is integrated into the Victoria Dockside arts and culture district at its base, including K11 Musea, a first-of-its-kind cultural and retail experience.
