Five KPF Projects Receive Seven Awards from Council on Vertical Urbanism China Awards of Excellence

The CVU China Awards Program recognized Qingdao Financial City, CPIC Xintiandi Commercial Center, One Shenzhen Bay, One Bay Park, and North Bund Lot 91 as Award of Excellence winners across seven categories.

KPF projects garnered numerous accolades at the annual Council on Vertical Urbanism China Awards of Excellence event. The Shanghai Industrial Investment Center Tower 1&2 Qingdao received the Best Tall Mixed-Use Building Award, while CPIC Xintiandi Commercial Center earned both the Urban Habitat Award and the Management Innovation Award for establishing a new model of carbon reduction and public education. The Operation Award went to One Shenzhen Bay, while One Bay Park won the Future Project Award. Recognized for its lifecycle carbon control and large-scale integration of advanced structural materials in supertall building design—driving the reduction of both carbon and cost—North Bund Lot 91 received the Sustainability Innovation Award and the Engineering Innovation Award.

The CVU China Awards Program recognizes projects and practices that advance tall buildings and the urban environment across China, achieving high standards of sustainability and human well-being. The awarded projects will compete for the overall winner at the CVU China Conference on June 24–25 in Guangzhou.
