Claudia Cusumano Leads Tour of Meta Farley for BWAF Industry Leaders Roundtable 2025

The KPF Principal guided peers on a visit to the KPF-designed Meta Farley offices as part of the two-day New York City retreat organized by the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation.

On October 22 at 10:00 AM, Claudia’s tour of the Meta Offices and Art Spaces at the historic Farley Building offered attendees a unique perspective on the intersection of art, architecture, and workplace design. KPF’s design within the renovated landmarked former post office reckons with the building’s sprawling size and cultural significance to create an efficient, collaborative, and creative workplace for the tech giant. A member of BWAF’s Board of Trustees, Claudia’s participation in this year’s Roundtable continues to champion KPF’s dedication to institutional innovation and the advancement of women in architecture.

The BWAF Industry Leaders Roundtable, held October 21–22 in New York City, convenes leaders from across architecture, engineering, law, sociology, and organizational psychology for an immersive two-day retreat. A follow-up to the first 2025 Roundtable event held in San Francisco last month, the program is designed to embolden firms and their representatives to drive institutional change by providing research, tools, and supportive networks to foster greater representation of women in the AEC industries. The event featured a series of engaging conversations, workshops, and tours at venues such as Ray Harlem, Two Manhattan West, and the soon-to-be-opened National Black Theater, culminating in a special evening at the New York Philharmonic.
