Program-Rich Environments
Single-use zoning has hampered the success of traditional CBDs as they struggle to adapt to evolving market trends and changing lifestyles. Forth believes that we need to diversify our downtowns, layering a complex mix of uses to create central social districts where people want to spend that most precious commodity—their time. Leveraging his experience across sectors, he has worked to create the building blocks of these lifestyle neighborhoods including Nashville’s new East Bank district and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami.
