Victoria Dushku AIA
Director
Victoria’s management philosophy focuses on open communication and a productive design process. These values, coupled with her strong emphasis on quality design, execution excellence, and teamwork have enabled her to deliver thoughtful and significant projects across many scales and typologies, seeing them from initial concept through to completion.
Aviation and Infrastructure Expertise
Victoria’s hands-on, highly engaged management style has been critical to the development of KPF’s most complex aviation and infrastructure work. For Changi Airport Terminal 5, she choreographed the design development, coordinating across the firm’s New York, London, and Singapore offices, while simultaneously supporting the design process for the primary terminal building. She also managed the Newark AirTrain project, a transit infrastructure initiative for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

In Dallas, Victoria served as Project Manager of the North End Development, one of the city’s largest recent developments, while in Miami, she was Project Manager of 7 Broadway a commercial building whose dynamic, fluid form complements Brickell’s rapidly changing skyline.
