Callie Omojola AIA
Director
With a focus on mixed-use, hospitality, and urban planning projects, Callie has been instrumental in KPF’s work across the United States, United Kingdom, India, Japan, and China.
A Collaborative Approach
Callie’s management philosophy appreciates form and function in the planning process. She works closely with designers, the client, and stakeholders to promote sensitivity to regional and local contexts in the pursuit of efficient buildings for clients and users alike. At Three Sixty West, a large, mixed-use development in Mumbai, she played a key role in realizing the project’s iconic, two tower design. Connected by a podium stretching the length of the site, the towers feature a uniform vocabulary with staggered elements that create an animated, woven appearance.
Project Management Expertise
As a Director, she collaborates with and organizes consultants for complex projects in various stages of design development through construction administration. Callie acted as Project Manager for Qingdao Financial City in China, which is a high-end, mixed-use complex and urban center that expresses a unique cultural spirit. She also managed the design of Shin-Fukuoka in Japan, a low-scale, co-working and retail complex that incorporates themes surrounding urban roofs, grids, and oases. In the United States, Callie managed the Family Church Redevelopment in West Palm Beach and the renovation of the Andaz 5th Avenue in New York City.
