The design of Three Sixty West creates an iconic form unmatched in Worli or Mumbai.

Composed of two towers, a podium mass stretches the length of the site connecting the whole development. Reacting to the scale of the neighboring Avantha House and Century Bazaar buildings, the 255-meter tower at the north of the site contains residential and hotel functions. To the south, a 360-meter residential tower offers unparalleled views of the sea. The surrounding context not only informs but also inspires the design concept for Three Sixty West. As there are views to the sea from most vantage points, synergy with water becomes an important concept within the development. The visual connection to the sea is brought to life on the site and in the building by creating water features in many of the public and recreation zones. On the interior, spaces flow from one to the other. Mezzanines and double height spaces enable seamless interconnectivity from public areas to more private zones.

The hotel drop-off punctures the podium, separating the residential and hotel lobbies and the podium parking mass. Just below the reception floor and vertically connected to the 28th floor through a series of intimate staircases are two signature restaurants. Facing out from the north façade of the sixth floor, the pool is located in a double-height space and provides one of the widest views of the sea beyond. Gym and spa amenities are located nearby, with ballrooms and meeting rooms on the ground floor. All guestrooms have floor-to-ceiling glass that maximizes views but are also thermally high performing to conserve energy and reduce cooling loads.  Above the hotel guestrooms are 28 residential levels with unobstructed views to the sea.
