Andrew Werner AIA NCARB LEED AP
Director
Andrew has led the management, technical development, and delivery of complex urban projects across North America. His portfolio spans high-rise commercial, mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and adaptive reuse, with a focus on major developments in New York City and South Florida.
New York City Leadership
Andrew offers deep expertise in design and construction in New York City, including extensive knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, technical and construction coordination, and tenant requirements. His ability to navigate this complexity proved essential in his decade-long role in the management and technical coordination of 10, 20, and 30 Hudson Yards. Andrew coordinated innumerable engineering, infrastructure, operational, legal, stakeholder and construction requirements to help deliver the largest private development in New York City. At One Madison Avenue, Andrew led the transformation of an existing office building into a 1.3-million-square-foot, Class-A headquarters. This complex gut-renovation project retained two-thirds of its existing structure while introducing an 18-story over-build and over an acre of outdoor space.

Mixed-Use Innovation
Andrew’s inclusive management philosophy extends to his mixed-use work in South Florida. As project manager of Anantara Miami Resort & Residences, Andrew oversaw the development of a new 635-foot tower that weaves together a five-star hotel and condo residences, with an intensive wellness and F&B program organized around an elevated sky terrace. Similarly, Andrew brought together several disparate user groups and development requirements for Rybovich Marina Village, the redevelopment of a 19-acre waterfront site into a mixed-use destination incorporating waterfront retail, dining, office, yacht club, and a working marina, topped by four residential towers with over 650 units.
