The West Palm Beach Planning Board has granted initial approval for the updated plans of the Rybovich Marina redevelopment, a transformative waterfront project designed by KPF for Huizenga Holdings and Integra Investments.
Located just north of Downtown West Palm Beach, the Rybovich Marina redevelopment will introduce four new residential towers reaching up to 445 feet, adding 660 new homes to the city’s waterfront. The 19-acre site will be anchored by a lively commercial promenade lined with shops and restaurants, creating a new lifestyle destination along the Intracoastal Waterway. The plan also includes office space crew amenities, marine storage, and a 60,000-square-foot private club, all thoughtfully oriented to maximize sweeping views of the water.
KPF’s design weaves together public and private spaces through a series of multi-tiered promenades, offering both accessible walking paths to the waterfront and exclusive amenities for residents. Parking is concealed under a raised ground plane that wraps over the podium, ensuring an uninterrupted pedestrian experience. With initial approval secured from the Planning Board, the project now advances to the West Palm Beach City Commission for final consideration.
