In 2025, three KPF-designed hotels earned places on the World’s 50 Best Hotels list: Rosewood Hong Kong claimed the number one spot, Atlantis The Royal ranked sixth, and Aman Tokyo at The Otemachi Tower ranked twenty-fifth. KPF was also named to Forbes’ inaugural list of America’s Top Hospitality Architects & Designers—an invitation-only distinction drawn from a review of more than 850 U.S.-based firms.
This latest recognition by BD+C further affirms KPF’s standing as a leader in hospitality design. The publication’s annual Giants 400 Report ranks the nation’s top architecture, engineering, and construction firms by revenue, making a top 10 placement among the field’s most meaningful industry benchmarks.
