Justyna Szychowska and Luc Wilson Lead Sessions at Shape to Fabrication Conference 2025

The KPF design technology experts attended the conference in London, which focused on cutting-edge technology and innovative construction with applications in architecture, engineering, and design.

April 15: KPF Senior Software Developer Justyna Szychowska led the workshop titled “Grasshopper on the Web: Developing Web Applications with Rhino.Compute and Vue.” Taking place at the University of Westminster, London, the workshop targeted students and industry professionals and was centred on computation and advanced geometry, covering custom web interfaces using Grasshopper and supporting software. Justyna was joined by David Andrés Leon, Director of MaCAD at the Institute for Advances Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), and Andy Payne, Architect and Software Developer at McNeel.

April 17:KPF Global Director of Design Technology Luc Wilson’s presentation titled “How Solving Project Challenges Drives Firm-Wide Innovation,” includeded case studies on The Rise, California; Entrecampos, Lisbon; and Channelside, Boston, to showcase how identifying challenging patterns in computational approaches has led to the development of new workflows and software, driving innovation firm-wide.
