Georgina Lalli Named Co-Chair of ULI New York’s NEXT Program

The KPF Senior Associate Principal has been appointed to Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) New York’s NEXT program, a leadership initiative dedicated to advancing mid-career professionals in the real estate industry.

Georgina will serve as 2026 Executive Co-Chair for NEXT New York, a promotion from her 2025 position as Executive Vice Chair of the program. Designed to connect and empower members aged 35–45 through knowledge sharing, professional development, and mentorship, ULI NEXT bridges the gap between the Young Leaders Group and senior leadership, providing a collaborative platform for the industry’s rising talent.

Georgina brings a process-driven approach to project management, with expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, large-scale projects such as the Tisch Cancer Hospital in New York City and the T. Rowe Price Headquarters in Baltimore. She is a dedicated advocate for equity in architecture and is committed to mentorship within the profession. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Columbia University, Georgina continues to bridge the design and real estate development sectors, enhancing value for stakeholders and communities.
