Georgina Lalli AIA NOMA

Director

Having delivered nearly 8 million square feet of work globally, Georgina has proven her excellence in managing large, multidisciplinary teams on institutional, healthcare, and commercial projects that demand as much technical and logistical rigor as design ambition. Her approach pairs design leadership with business acumen to align stakeholders around high-quality project delivery.

Institutional Expertise

Georgina has led a number of high-profile institutional projects for major clients, managing unique design requirements for specialized building types. As Project Manager on the Tisch Cancer Hospital for Mount Sinai Health System, Georgina led the repositioning of the 1962 Klingenstein Clinical Center into a state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility, delivering a dedicated Oncology Care Unit and 72 acuity-adaptable patient rooms. The project proceeded in phases with half the building in active clinical use throughout, requiring construction to be sequenced around live patient care under strict infection control protocols. She also served as Project Manager on multiple projects for the Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where the same discipline governs work in active academic and clinical settings.

Resilient Waterfront Communities

Georgina has managed multiple transformations of derelict industrial waterfronts into resilient, mixed-use neighborhoods. As Senior Technical Designer on the T. Rowe Price Headquarters in Baltimore, she helped deliver a LEED Platinum building on a complex coastal site within a broader brownfield redevelopment. The project received the 2025 ULI Baltimore WaveMaker Award and the NOMA Phil Freelon Award, among other honors. As Project Manager for 425 Medford Street in Boston, she worked closely with the local community to position state-of-the-art lab, residential, and hospitality space along the Mystic River.
