As the new centerpiece of Shanghai’s West Bund district, Greenland Bund Centre merges diverse programs while preserving the human scale of its traditional urban vernacular. Suzhou IFS is a mixed-use development and a symbolic embodiment of the culture, history, and identity of Suzhou, one of the world’s fastest growing cities.
Second prize was awarded to Embankment Square, a robust set of eight office towers, which range in height from 40 to 100 meters, to accommodate diverse tenants, from large headquarters to smaller offices. Taking third prize, Qiantan Center, a 270-meter mixed-use development located on the bank of Shanghai’s Huangpu River, was designed as a focal point for this rapidly evolving area of Shanghai.
Earlier this year, five KPF projects were recognized in the Shenzhen Engineering and Design Excellence Awards (SEDA) Public Building category.
