Situated on the historic Hung-Pu River, Embankment Square includes flexible office towers visually unified through shared rectilinear forms yet distinguished by their module sizes and heights.
The robust, rectangular massing of the eight office towers, which range in height from 40 to 100 meters, enables flexible interiors fit for diverse tenants, ranging from large headquarters to smaller offices.
Cast aluminum fins and stainless steel frames accent the towers, communicating both elegance and functionality. Various outdoor parks and walkways culminate in a large outdoor sunken garden that unifies both retail and recreational spaces. Six of the towers include rooftop garden terraces that offer scenic views of the river and the skyline on the western bank. Multiple floors also offer unobstructed views of the newly constructed linear waterfront park, seamlessly integrating the towers into the surrounding district. The project is in close proximity to a number of transportation hubs including a ferry terminal, bus stop, and nearby subway station, greatly increasing activity and accessibility within the development.
