Fuzhou Rivercity has been awarded the Silver Award in the Comprehensive Development category. Anchored on a prime 846-meter stretch of Fuzhou’s mother river and framed by distant mountains, the 460,000 sqm mixed-use district weaves the city’s history, culture, and evolving rhythm into a vibrant, walkable ecological community. Four interconnected plots link to the metro and riverfront park, integrating residential office, and retail within public spaces that foster healthy, innovative, and sustainable living and work
Yiwu Place has been awarded a Merit in the ‘Retail Commerce’ category. The mixed-use complex offers a contemporary shopping experience and incorporates a variety of architectural forms, communal areas, and traditional materials to promote urban exploration and interaction.
