Embracing its surrounding landscape, The Cliffs evokes the shape and texture of sinuous sandstone forms, an icon of Dubai’s desert landscape, to provide the ultimate residential experience.

Situated in the desirable Jumeirah district on the south bank of the Dubai Water Canal and the eastern corner of Safa Park, The Cliffs contributes a distinctive new silhouette to the city’s famed skyline. Comprising 207 ultra-luxury units alongside lavish spa, fitness, garden, and cultural amenities, the development provides an unparalleled standard of living to its residents. The Cliffs’ unique zig-zag shape ensures optimal views of both the canal and the park, maximizing the building’s presence on its natural frontiers. Occupying a prominent plot of 185,341 square feet, the development includes 250,000 square feet of landscaped gardens at its base, which are topographically designed layers to create a sense of immersion. The grounds culminate with a residential drop-off on the 4th and 5th floors, above the canal-side public amenities and discreet parking levels.

Inspired by regional desert rock formations, the building takes the shape of two mountain peaks divided by a lush valley, jagged with planted private terraces. The cliff-like façade features strong horizontal lines mixed with softer forms to emulate the millennia of elemental erosion that creates its rocky precedent. Earth tones reminiscent of the native geology are highlighted with bright metallic accents, such as the bronze filamented arrival gate and mosaic soffit. Artwork is distributed throughout the development, clustering in an outdoor sculpture garden and a shared gallery space. Native plant species and water elements are integrated into each green space, from ground level to rooftop, cultivating a relaxing atmosphere that blends seamlessly into the adjacent park.
