Earth tones reminiscent of the native geology are highlighted with bright metallic accents, such as the bronze filamented arrival gate and mosaic soffit. Artwork is distributed throughout the development, clustering in an outdoor sculpture garden and a shared gallery space. Native plant species and water elements are integrated into each green space, from ground level to rooftop, cultivating a relaxing atmosphere that blends seamlessly into the adjacent park.
