Over the course of her career, Sam has brought valuable technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver complex projects incorporating a mix of existing and new build elements. Sam has extensive experience with large-scale masterplans, particularly those with a strong retail component such as the Yiwu retail street and residential district, and the mixed-use district, Huangpu Yuyuan. Also in China, she was an integral part of the technical, design, and delivery team for the Official’s Village for the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou.

With experience in a number of transport facilities, Sam has proven expertise in balancing strict technical requirements with diverse stakeholder needs. Of note, she led the coordination of fire strategy, accessibility, life safety, and security for Zayed International Airport Terminal A.

Sam’s work in London includes the refurbishment of the Covent Garden Flower Cellars and Heron Tower in the City of London.
