KPF Principal Florence Chan joined Bangkok Dusit Medical Public Company Limited (BDMS) for the official launch of WellEra, a health-conscious mixed-use development in central Bangkok.
Located in Sarain Road across from Lumphini Park, WellEra sets a new standard for healthy living in a natural environment. The development brings together medicine, science, technology, and design within a single integrated wellness ecosystem designed for both local and international clientele. The project comprises residential units, penthouses, serviced apartments, a hotel, a sky garden, wellness services, and retail components spread across three buildings. The project is scheduled to open in 2030.
The launch event was held at the BDMS Connect Center on June 19, under the theme “Discover a New Global Wellness Landmark.”
