Construction begins on the KPF-designed, ultra-luxury residential and hospitality development, following record-setting residential sales.
Developed by Swire Properties, the two-tower project occupies the southern tip of Brickell Key, Miami’s exclusive island enclave, rising above Biscayne Bay to anchor the city’s downtown. The tallest tower houses 228 private residences of two- to four-bedroom residences and two duplex penthouses. The smaller tower is split between residential and hotel accommodation, with 70 private residences, 28 turn-key Hotel Collection residences, and 121 guest rooms for Mandarin Oriental’s newest North American flagship hotel. The towers’ curved profiles rise from a lushly planted podium of amenities that weave together the towers’ bases while echoing the island topography.
The design’s site-sensitivity and thoughtfully crafted details have driven exceptional interest in the project, which has set new records in Miami’s residential real estate market.
