On September 26, the KPF-designed residential and hotel project celebrated the opening of the Sales Pavilion and announced close to $500 million in contracts to date.
KPF Principals Forth Bagley, Trent Tesch, and Lloyd Sigal attended the event on the southern tip of Brickell Key where Swire Properties, Inc. has constructed a 7,000-square-foot sales experience. The Pavilion offers prospective buyers a first look at the interiors and views from their new home and features bespoke finishes and décor throughout. The KPF team members were joined by representatives from Swire Properties, Inc., Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Fortune International Group, Thai landscaping firm Shma, and interior designer Tristan Auer, among others.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, will comprise two towers and bring together world-class design, the legendary service of Mandarin Oriental, and stunning panoramic views of the South Florida coast. KPF’s design embodies the hotel’s mission of bringing a resort-like experience to luxury residential living and embraces the tropical identity of Miami. The resonance of this unique residential concept is evidenced by the nearly $500 million in contracts signed within the first 60 days of sales, an achievement celebrated at the September 26 event.
