Preview One Island Drive’s The Residences At Mandarin Oriental, Miami

Swire Properties shared new renderings of the residences located at the KPF-designed project, ahead of the sales launch later this spring.

Occupying the southern point on the manmade Brickell Key, One Island Drive is home to The Residences, a collection of private homes, and Mandarin Oriental’s North American flagship hotel, making the site an unparalleled residential and hospitality destination on a secluded island sanctuary. The development includes two towers rising 800 and 400 feet in height. The taller of the two houses 280 two-to-four-bedroom homes, while the shorter is dedicated to the hotel with 121 guest rooms, 66 private Residences, and 28 hotel Residences. An expansive podium connects the towers, boasting resort-style amenities that provide access to swimming pools that blur the barrier out to the sea.

The project’s developer Swire Properties opened a Preview Lounge offering an early glimpse into the development and released new renderings to the public ahead of the unveiling later this spring.
