Prestige Group, in partnership with Bengaluru Airport City Limited, have appointed KPF to design a world-class business, hospitality and cultural hub.
Anchored by a state-of-the-art convention centre, the development brings together luxury hotels, premium office space, and a curated food and beverage experience within an integrated urban environment. Featured in The Times of India, the project was reported as a landmark moment in the broader transformation of Bengaluru Airport City. With construction set to begin in early 2027, it marks a significant step in the evolution of the precinct as a vibrant urban destination.
The appointment adds to KPF’s growing portfolio in India, where the firm has been active across Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru. The project draws on KPF’s experience at Worldmark Development, a mixed-use masterplan adjacent to Indira Gandhi International Airport that integrated world-class commercial facilities with a new public realm for the city.
