The KPF Director joined an expert panel, in a one-day workshop organized by Godrej Ventures, exploring drivers of success for India’s commercial office market.
Brian discussed the elements that are required for commercially, operationally, and experientially successful office buildings, informed by his experience delivering successful office and mixed-use projects in dense urban environments. Brian was joined by Karan Bolaria, CEO and MD at Godrej Ventures; Christoph Timm, Principal at Skidmore, Owings, & Merril; Nilesh Dongre, Director at Edifice; Jatin Shah, Chief Strategy Officer at Colliers; and Dhwani Talati Padiyar, Director at Turner & Townsend.
