On May 15, as part of the Latin America GRI Real Estate 2024 & GRI Hospitality conference, Principal Jorge Mendoza guided visitors through KPF’s headquarters, providing insight into the firm’s work.
The tour of the KPF office was part of the site visit section of the conference, which offered guided events led by developers and architects, showcasing comparative benchmarking of new trends. In addition to viewing KPF’s studio space, the guests gained insight into the firm’s portfolio of work in Latin America and New York City, including the recently completed Faria Lima Plaza in São Paulo and Mercado Urbano Tobalaba in Santiago. The tour visited local New York projects 520 Fifth Avenue, 660 Fifth Avenue, and Madison Square Park Tower.
