The Related Companies has launched sales for the luxury waterfront residential development in Austin, Texas.
“We wanted a tower that would hold a gaze and also give something back to the waterfront,” said KPF Principal Trent Tesch. “From across the lake, One Lady Bird Lake reads as a single graceful gesture, with terraces that step and soften the silhouette. Up close, it is all about craft: the green spandrels, the generous glazing, the planted edges. At the ground, restaurants and landscape open toward the trail, so the building belongs to the neighborhood as much as to the people who live here.”
One Lady Bird Lake bolsters the city’s unique identity by establishing a new destination where architecture and landscape converge through form and material. The 18-story building opens onto the Lady Bird Lake waterfront between South First Street and South Congress Avenue. Related Companies, with partners Christopher Investment Company and Wheelock Street Capital, is now selling the building’s 101 residences ahead of a planned Q1 2028 completion.
