The luxury residences and hotel, One Nine Elms, has reached practical completion in London.
One Nine Elms, conceived as the focal point of the evolving Nine Elms district, is comprised of two slender, complementing towers and is home to the Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences and Hotel. The mixed-use project encompasses a variety of typologies and tenures to create an active environment, providing almost 500 new apartments, high-scale amenities, and a central plaza with activated retail and hospitality.
In a short video produced by project contractors Multiplex, KPF Director Laura King and Principal John Bushell speak about the making of One Nine Elms, from concept to completion, alongside other key stakeholders.
As the landmark and centrepiece of the Nine Elms cluster, it was imperative that One Nine Elms be designed coherently to create a strong, dynamic relationship with each of the surrounding sites. ONE joins the award-winning mixed-use DAMAC Tower as a KPF completed project in Nine Elms.
