At Global Hospitality Talk 2026 in New York, Josh will join Dayssi Olarte de Kanavos of Flag Luxury Group, Kenneth Colao of CNY Group, and Nicky Unkles of Cumming Group for the panel “Going Tall with Luxury,” moderated by Milan Jankovic of 3lite.
Josh brings unique insight into incorporating some of the finest hotels in the world within statement towers, working with leading hospitality providers, such as Park Hyatt, Langham, and Andaz. For example, at The Otemachi Tower, which discretely incorporates the Aman Tokyo—often cited as one of the world’s best hotels.
Along with fellow panelists, Josh will discuss the design and construction challenges of integrating hotels, restaurants, residences and amenities with distinct identities and guest experiences across multiple vertical zones.
