John Bushell Discussed Construction Risks at the 2025 London Real Estate (LREF) Forum

The KPF Principal joined an exclusive roundtable discussion titled, “Construction risk: building a supply chain you can trust.”

John was joined by Aušra Vankevičiūtė, CEO of Staticus; Luke Wainwright, Construction Director at CO—RE; Audrey McIver, Director at WSP; Symon Bacon, Senior Development Director at Canada Water British Land; Brian Smith Director at AECOM; Dan Ward, Development Director at Stanhope; and Jo Bacon, Partner at Allies and Morrison.

In keeping with this year’s theme, ‘Partnership’, the group focused on why the development supply chain is critical to managing risk, minimising unforeseen costs, and delivering the highest quality outcomes across both the commercial and residential sectors.

With decades of experience and a deep knowledge of London’s construction landscape, John has built strong relationships with local authorities and consultants to deliver complex projects in the UK and internationally. Notable projects include: Panorama St Paul’s in the City of London which transforms an existing 1980s building with an enhanced public realm, and Chapter London Bridge, a high-rise student accommodation tower delivered on a constrained urban site through a mix of offsite and onsite construction methods.
