The KPF President and Principal will explore the “Flight to Quality at the Top of the Market” within commercial real estate.
The conference, titled “The Trophy Asset,” will bring together industry leaders to showcase their work, from branded residences to office buildings, and illustrate how these high-quality, luxury assets get built. Speakers will also provide insights into their respective typologies, and the future of the real estate market.
Jamie will be joined by Jonathan Ratner, Head of Asset Management, RFR, and John Maher, Vice Chairman, CBRE, to discuss their extensive experience developing, designing, and managing Class-A office buildings.
