From Hand-Sketching to AI Workflows, KPF Shares its Expertise at London Creates 2026 

Director Laura King, Senior Associate Principals Martin Wilding and Alex Miller, and Visualization Specialist Anna Mytcul will participate in multiple events at the week-long London Creates exhibition, centered on the theme of “Creative Intelligence.”

No Undo Student WorkshopSaturday, July 18: Visualization Specialist Anna Mytcul will lead a full day of mentorship-driven workshops for 45 students and emerging professionals, intended to sharpen analog drawing and presentation skills. As a part of the program, Director Laura King will conduct a Project Execution, Delivery, and Presentation Workshop with support from KPF Senior Associate Principal Alex Miller and Architectural Designers Cristina Mock Guerrero, Yao Mi, and Senior Designer Yashil Mudaliar. The event is organized by AIA UK in collaboration with NOMA UK and hosted by Archisource.

Creative Skills & Pathways, Tuesday July 21: Senior Associate Principal Martin Wilding will host a lunchtime roundtable, where Alex will participate as a panelist. The session will explore how to keep a creative skillset at the heart of architectural design and the skills architects need to strengthen their role at the center of that process.

Augmenting Creativity, Tuesday July 21: Martin will host a discussion that looks at the evolving role of the designer in the age of AI. The event will explore how technology can be used to aid the creative mind and the critical creative skills architects need to use it effectively.

Architectural IntelligenceThursday July 23: Anna will present in an event hosted by xFigura on architectural design and AI visualization workflows, team culture, and creative process.

London Creates is a week-long exhibition showcasing pioneering architects, engineers, and designers shaping the world. This year’s theme Creative Intelligence explores how studios are leveraging technologies across digital fabrication, structural computation, material innovating, climactic intelligence, and design-led advancements.
