Lorenzini 8, 10, and 12 form part of the wider redevelopment of Porta Romana, which is set to become Milan’s third major centre for prime office space – transforming the district from an industrial area into a thriving mixed-use neighbourhood.

Francesco will be joined by Fabrizio Bigioni of COIMA to discuss Lorenzini 8, the largest of the three structures. Defined by two L-shaped blocks arranged around open courtyards with flexible floor plates, its outdoor terraces offer expansive views over the city and mountains, while ground-floor retail activates the street with capacity to expand as the district matures.
