Projects were recognised in three categories: Comprehensive Development, Retail Commerce, and Mixed-use.
Fuzhou Rivercity has been shortlisted in the ‘Comprehensive Development’ category. The large-scale project is inspired by the history, culture, and unique alleyways of Fuzhou’s historic commercial district. Built around the principles of exploration, health, and community, the masterplan has a rich ecological focus, inspired by the nearby 12-kilometer Nanjiangbin park.
Shortlisted in the ‘Retail Commerce’ category, Yiwu Place is a mixed-use complex that offers a contemporary shopping experience and incorporates a variety of architectural forms, communal areas, and traditional materials to promote urban exploration and interaction.
Three projects: Guangzhou One Pengrui Phase 1, Citymark Tower, and Huamu Lot 10 – The Summit, have been shortlisted in the ‘Mixed-Use’ category.
Guangzhou One Pengrui Phase 1 is a mixed-use, nature-integrated development located at the eastern end of the Guangzhou Finance City Master Plan. Overlooking the Pearl River, the project consists of residential, office, hospitality, retail, and public spaces, serving as a transitional area between the natural landscape and the urban environment. Phase 1of 2 has now been completed.
Citymark Tower is a 64-story mixed-use tower and anchor of the Citymark Center masterplan in Shenzhen. Comprised of two components: office and residential, the tower is designed with elegant angles and cutback corners to create a striking expression on the city’s skyline.
Huamu Lot 10 – The Summit is defined by three bold office towers with cantilevered sky galleries and central plaza. The development integrates culture and commerce and re-activates a previously neglected riverfront into an active civic realm.
