An Architectural Designer at KPF, Cristina has been selected for the prestigious MIPIM Challengers 2026 cohort, an initiative that empowers emerging real estate professionals to shape the future of the industry.
As co-chair of the KPF Young Designers’ Forum in London and co-founder of KPF LATAM—a community group for Latin American professionals—Cristina has played a key role in elevating the voices of young people and underrepresented groups at KPF.
Now in its third year, the Challengers programme fosters inclusivity and supports emerging talent within the built environment sector. The 2026 cohort, all under 31, represents a diverse mix of talent from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK.
Participants will engage in a tailored leadership development course featuring personalised coaching webinars and AI implementation training, as well as dedicated networking events and roundtables with global industry leaders. Challengers will also collaborate on a thought leadership paper with senior executives from leading property companies and conduct interviews with senior colleagues, which will be published on MIPIM’s social media channels.
MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate event, will take place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, from March 9 to 13, 2026.
