Andy Christoforou Featured as Panelist at Runway AI Summit 2026

The KPF Associate Principal and Senior Applied Technology Specialist will spoke at the inaugural Runway AI Summit on March 31 in New York City.

Runway, a research and technology company, is developing the world’s top-rated video generative AI models which have been used in blockbuster films and architectural renderings alike. The Runway AI Summit brought together the world’s leading creatives to discuss the adoptions, learning curves, and endless possibilities of AI technologies. Andy joined Brian McDonald and Rob Wrubel, founders of video and music production companies respectively, on the panel “Cross-Industry Perspectives: AI Applications in Architecture, Film, and Marketing,” addressing the use of AI tools in creative industries.

Andy is one of the primary champions and educators for AI adoption at KPF, leading an internal innovation community exploring AI applications and workflows, and introducing cutting-edge AI technology tools such as xFigura.AI to the firm. He describes AI as primarily a collaborative tool that can accelerate iteration and enhance design storytelling capabilities.

KPF was recognized by Runway’s CEO Cristóbal Valenzuela as an early adopter of AI video generation in the field of architecture in an interview with Spanish publication, El País, and, prior to that, highlighted its pioneering use of Runway’s AI models during Tech Week 2025. Andy previously shared how Runway’s tools have transformed architectural visualization in an interview published last year on the software company’s website, and expanded on his perspective at the Runway AI Summit. The event took place at The Glasshouse in New York City, with Andy’s panel beginning at 1 PM on March 31.
