The KPF Senior Associate Principal will participate in a panel discussion on workplace trends at the event, with a focus on creating value through design.
The panel, “Behind the Headlines: Conversations with the Owners & Occupiers Driving Leading Workplace Trends,” will explore how owners and operators can stay ahead of trends to future-proof the workplace. The discussion will cover topics including what “best-in-class” office design looks like in 2026, how post-COVID hybrid policies have redefined tenant expectations, and how leading workplaces are integrating sustainability, wellness, and technology to drive utilization and long-term value.
Drawing on deep expertise in office and workplace design, Andrew will offer his perspective on how architectural design shapes real estate decision-making. Over his 17 years at KPF, Andrew has been responsible for the management and coordination of some of the firm’s most complex projects in New York City, including Hudson Yards and One Madison Avenue.
Andrew will speak alongside Nishar Fatema, Global Workplace Services Lead at ServiceNow, and Jonathan Kaufman Iger, CEO & President of Sage Realty Corporation. Jonathan Weiss of Greenspoon Marder will moderate the discussion.
Commercial Observer’s State of Office Forum will convene the city’s mos prominent real estate owners, developers, corporate tenants, and brokers to examine the signals driving today’s office market—from valuation resets and shifting tenant behavior to the evolving definition of workplace experience.
The panel will take place on May 14 from 10:25 to 10:55 AM EST, with the State of Office Forum running from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM EST at The Assembly at 2 Park Avenue, New York, NY.
