Lauren Schmidt Speaks at Commercial Observer’s Spring State of Office Forum

The KPF Principal joined other commercial real estate experts on May 15 to discuss current and predicted trends in the office real estate market.

The Spring State of Office Forum, organized by Commercial Observer, welcomed New York’s largest commercial owners, tenants and innovators to share their insights into where office development stands, what success for trophy assets means for the sector as a whole, and what workplace strategies are sparking renewed excitement from tenants.

Lauren’s work on 55 Hudson Yards and her leadership of the award-winning office renovation at 660 Fifth Avenue demonstrate a broad understanding of the New York commercial real estate landscape. She brought a technical and design perspective to the forum, which included Ryan Kass, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at the Empire State Realty Trust; Luke Robinson, Regional President of North America for WeWork; and Michael Gerazounis, P.E., Managing Principal and CEO at MG Engineering D.P.C., among others.

The event took place on May 15 at the Starrett-Lehigh building in Manhattan, NY. View the full list of speakers here.
