The KPF Senior Associate Principal discussed strategies for unlocking value in underutilized office buildings on October 9 at the Bisnow DMV 2025 Office Summit
Amanda participated in the panel “What’s Next for Office Assets: Conversion, Redevelopment, & Creative Reuse,” which explored various strategies for repositioning office buildings. She was joined by Austen Holderness, Chief Development Officer at Carr Properties; Brian Potter, Executive Vice President of Commercial Leasing for JBG Smith; Stephen Skolas, Senior Vice President of Development at Davis Companies; Sean Sullivan, Vice President of Development for BXP; and Patrick Cotter, Vice President at DAVIS Construction. The discussion was moderated by Jamie Bobotek, Partner at Pilsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
Over the course of her tenure at KPF, Amanda has worked on ambitious repositioning projects including SouthWorks in Ithaca, NY, which outlines a comprehensive framework for adapting outdated building and infrastructural assets into a new economic and social hub. In addition, she has helped expand the firm’s portfolio of high-performing workplace projects in Washington, D.C, most notably with the recently completed 17xM.
