On March 19, the KPF Director will speak on a panel about the challenges and opportunities for success in today’s market, pulling from experience working in Texas.
At the San Antonio State of the Market Bisnow conference, Andrew will provide insight into downtown developments and how to build an urban campus in the Alamo city. Utilizing KPF’s growing portfolio of projects in Texas, Andrew is well-versed in the trends and growing needs for the state’s largest cities. In Austin, Andrew is the Design Director of Waterline, which will be the tallest tower in Texas upon completion. The mixed-use nature of the project lends itself to the stacked and striated design that rises up the tower as it leans away from the water of Lady Bird Lake.
Andrew will be joined by Mark Jensen, Vice President at Weston Urban; Melissa Chamrad, Director of Real Estate And Finance at Hemisfair; Matt McCaffrey, Vice President – Account Manager at Skanska USA Building Inc; and Julissa Carielo, Co-Founder and Partner of DreamOn. The panel will begin at 9:00 am.
