Rebecca Gromet Speaks at Bisnow’s New York Multifamily Development and Investment Conference

On March 6, the KPF Principal discussed best practices for securing project approvals as part of a panel on development and design innovation.

Rebecca brought her expertise in multifamily residential projects to bear at the multi-disciplinary event, which brings leaders in the real estate development industry together to exchange knowledge specific to New York City. Facing the worst housing shortage in half a century, New York City is looking to the development industry for residential conversions, large-scale multifamily projects, and other solutions to increase stock. Rebecca and her fellow panelists discussed topics such as leveraging design innovation to gain project approval and tips for successful stakeholder partnerships.

Rebecca was joined on the panel by Sara Levenson, Managing Director at L+M Development Partners; Stephen Skolas, Senior Vice President of Development at Davis Companies; David McCarty, Vice President at Alloy Development; and Brendan Schmitt, Partner at Herrick, who served as moderator.
