The build-to-rent development, designed by KPF, has been named “BIM Project of the Year 2025”.
The award highlights KPF’s commitment to driving digital transformation and innovation, achieved through strategic partnerships across all phases of design and construction.
At 40 Charter Street, the strategic partnership between KPF, Canary Wharf Group, Disperse, Dome Group, and Revizto, alongside the careful selection of technologies, illustrates the transformative potential of digital technologies in construction. The project heavily utilised Revizto during the design phases to ensure a high level of coordination was achieved with design partners including AECOM and Thornton Tomasetti. Throughout the project lifecycle, Canary Wharf’s forward-thinking approach to digital workflows—including snagging, handovers, inspections, electronic task management, on-site image capture, and progress tracking—have contributed to the projects’ efficiency.
The Construction Computing Awards celebrate individuals, organisations, and partnerships that are advancing digital innovation within the UK construction industry. Winners were announced during an awards ceremony at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in London.
