KPF-designed 40 Charter Street has won the Best Digital Transformation category at the Building Innovation Awards.
At 40 Charter Street, the strategic partnership between KPF, Canary Wharf Group, and Revizto, alongside the careful selection of technologies, illustrates the transformative potential of digital technologies in construction. The project heavily utilised Revizto during the design phases to ensure a high level of coordination was achieved with design partners including Aecom and Thornton Thomasetti. Throughout the project lifecycle, Canary Wharf’s forward-thinking approach to digital workflows—including snagging, handovers, inspections, electronic task management, on-site image capture, and progress tracking—have contributed to the projects’ efficiency.
