The 40 Charter Street project has been named as a finalist in the Digital Construction Project of the Year and Digital Collaboration of the Year categories.
A strategic partnership between Canary Wharf Group and KPF, combined with the careful selection of technologies that inherently support effective coordination, fostered an environment in which true collaboration was central to the project’s success.
Exemplifying the transformative impact of digital technologies in construction, tools such as Revizto, Disperse, and Dome were rigorously tested before being implemented to enhance traditional working practices in the project’s design and delivery processes.
Digital workflows—including snagging, handovers, inspections, electronic task management, on-site image capture, and progress tracking—contributed to the projects’ advance toward practical completion, which is expected in 2027.
The Digital Construction Awards celebrate the most pioneering projects, teams, and individuals championing innovation and technology in the built environment. The awards will take place on July 1 at the Brewery in London.
