105 Victoria Street Tops out in London  

The milestone celebration included the installation of a time capsule and a basketball match in the development’s multipurpose sports events arena.

The mixed-use development from BGO will become a new destination for the West End and the UK’s largest 100% electric net zero carbon office. In addition to premium workspace, 105 Victoria Street features a “Village Square” that will be open to the public, as well as 25,000 sq ft of greenspace and terracing including a 200m “walk and talk” track and an Urban Farm.

Designed to support active travel, 105 Victoria Street features a triple height space with spiral cycle ramp and central staircase leading to the ‘activity zone’. This area includes the building gym, a cycle shop for repairs, secure bike parking, showers, and a drying room for use by cyclists, walkers and runners. These facilities surround a multipurpose arena for sports.
