Chater House

JP Morgan Chase Headquarters Hong Kong

The top-level multifunctional building is 30 stories high and is located in an important business center in Hong Kong. It is a high-end business destination and Hong Kong headquarters for many tenants such as JPMorgan Chase.

The tower has 23 office floors. The entrance is located on Pedder Street and Connaught Road, with a strong vertical attitude. The curtain wall here has been modified so that the three-story light box above the office entrance is clearly visible. During the day, the corner structure is a translucent vertical object, and at night, it becomes an urban lantern.

The building’s three-story commercial podium can be customized for high-end fashion and lifestyle brands with a customized entrance experience, and large display windows and customized slates are set on the glass curtain wall.

Through four pedestrian bridges, Chater Tower is not only connected to adjacent properties including the Landmark, but also directly connected to public transportation through Central Station and the Airport Express. This network of bridges forms an elevated ground and an internal shopping street that can accommodate 6,000 people per hour, creating a vibrant and efficient pedestrian experience in the busy city center.
